Caring for your pieces

All of my functional ware is dishwasher & microwave safe. Care should be taken to void repeated knocks to the handles and rims.

Postage

Postage charges are automatically calculated based off the weight of your parcel. You will receive a tracking number after your parcel has been posted. I aim to post your parcels within 2-3 working days. If there is a delay for any reason I’ll let you know via email.

Currently I can only offer postage to the UK through my website. If you are based elsewhere and would like to place an order please email me at info@ehmceramics.com and we can arrange postage for you.

Collection

If your local and wish to collect your order please select this option at check out. After your order is placed and you receive conformation please send me an email at orders@ehmceramics.com to arrange a date and time to collect.

Please use “Collection - “your order number” as the subject.
